Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service in a retail branch or digital banking environment.
• Minimum 1 year of consumer loan experience, loan underwriting, or credit administration experience.
• Knowledge of the consumer lending process and compliance regulations.
• Ability to translate customer needs into sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a best-in-class digital customer experience by applying the bank's sales methodology and understanding customer financial needs.
• Generate consumer loans, mortgages, deposits, and other products via digital channels and act on leads.
• Maintain a customer-centric relationship management process using technology alongside personal service.
• Oversee digital consumer loan origination from prequalification to closing and advise customers on options.
