1+ year in consumer lending, loan admin support, or credit underwriting.
Knowledge of consumer lending process and lending policies.
Strong analytical, sales, and negotiation skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and digital tools.

Responsibilities

Deliver best-in-class digital customer experience using the bank's sales methodology.
Generate loans, mortgages, deposits, and other products via internal or virtual channels.
Maintain a customer-centric relationship management process balancing technology with human touch.
Ensure loans meet credit requirements through prequalification and approval processes.
Oversee online loan origination from application to closing and advise customers digitally.
Investigate and resolve customer problems and inquiries.
