Job summary

Rolls-Royce is seeking a Digital and IT Partner to join our Digital and IT team. The Partner acts as the single point of accountability for business technology outcomes within the Partnering Domain, moving beyond reactive support to ensure D&IT strategies align with business objectives.

Qualifications

Associate’s degree with 7 years of digital experience in a corporate setting.
Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of digital experience in a corporate setting.
Master’s degree with 3 years of digital experience in a corporate setting.
JD/PhD or equivalent.
9 years of experience in digital in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

Act as the single point of accountability for business technology outcomes within the Partnering Domain.
Move beyond reactive support; align D&IT strategies with business objectives.
Develop and drive roadmaps and capability development in collaboration with senior leaders.
Build and influence the business Digital and IT strategy to meet Defence business goals.
Prioritize and sponsor investments, ensuring delivery meets cost, time, and quality targets.
Foster collaboration across Digital and IT and the wider organization.
