Job summary

Rolls-Royce is hiring a Digital and IT Partner in Indianapolis, IN. The role acts as the single point of accountability for business technology outcomes, aligning D&IT strategy with business goals and driving value across the organization.

You will build a strategic partnership with senior leaders, shape roadmaps, manage investments, and ensure delivery excellence within the Defense business and Digital & IT functions.

Qualifications

• Experience building business strategies with leaders and translating them into roadmaps and deliverables (Digital & IT experience a plus).
• Strong relationship and stakeholder management at senior levels.
• Customer excellence including clear communication and influencing skills.
• Experience solving problems with broad business context and strong business acumen.
• Experience managing multiple projects or programs; IT knowledge and leadership (ITIL, TOGAF a plus).
• Experience in or knowledge of the Defense sector.

Responsibilities

• Enhanced Strategic Alignment and Collaboration - manage strategic digital relationships to ensure relevancy and performance (cost, delivery, SLAs).
• Enhanced Business Agility - keep digital roadmaps current with multiyear investment plans.
• Increased Cost Transparency and Control - ensure total cost of ownership is clear with lifecycle investment considerations.
• Optimized Service Delivery - ensure IT services meet SLA and are relevant, with risk visibility and planned retirement of outdated services.
• Value Enablement & Innovation - advocate for digital change and share opportunities to enable business with tools and roadmaps.
• Reduced Risk and Improved Security - proactively identify IT risks and safeguard data and operations.
