The role emphasizes participant-centered, trauma-informed service delivery, staff development, and cross-functional coordination across outreach, data management, and grant reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, public administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in community-based/human services.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to travel to partner sites and community locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of all program phases for participant experience.
• Directly supervise team members and oversee coach training and engagement.
• Assist with outreach activities to engage older adults, especially in underserved communities.
• Maintain accurate program records and lead registration, tracking, and reporting.
• Lead tracking of program performance measures and grant deliverables.
