Job summary

Senior Services of southeastern Virginia seeks a Service-oriented Senior Program Manager to provide strategic oversight, implementation, and day-to-day management of the Silver Surfers program, an innovative digital inclusion initiative for older adults.

You will supervise Program Navigators, Volunteer Coaches, and partners; lead program planning, training, and measurement; and ensure trauma-informed, participant-centered service across all activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, public administration or related field from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in community-based services/human services.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Must possess a valid driver's license, auto insurance, good driving record, and acceptable criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of program phases for participant experience.
• Directly supervise staff and volunteers and oversee coach training and engagement.
• Guide trauma-informed, person-centered service delivery.
• Oversee program recruitment, enrollment, and retention goals.
• Engage with community partners and coordinate activities at partner sites.
• Maintain accurate records and lead reporting, evaluation, and budget tracking.
