Kalsec Inc. in the United States seeks a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead strategy, execution, and optimization of digital programs that drive demand and growth.

You will own the digital ecosystem—website, marketing automation, CRM alignment, analytics, and related integrations—and collaborate across Marketing, Sales, Product, IT, and external partners. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in digital marketing, and 3+ years of people management.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years digital marketing experience.
• Progressive digital marketing experience including website, demand generation, and performance measurement.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com and HubSpot marketing automation.
• Experience with Sitefinity CMS or comparable CMS.
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and dashboard development.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and routine content updates.
• Strong SEO, paid media, email, and landing-page optimization.
• Ability to translate business goals into actionable digital plans and manage budgets.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and lead an integrated digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives, audience needs, brand priorities, and budget.
• Own the digital customer journey across the website, landing pages, email, paid media, organic search, social media, and other digital touchpoints.
• Manage the company website using Sitefinity CMS, including content publishing, page development, governance, QA, accessibility, SEO, and enhancements.
• Lead global demand-generation and lead-management programs, including MQL flow, segmentation, landing pages, forms, lead nurturing, and sales follow-up.
• Administer and optimize HubSpot marketing automation, including workflows, emails, forms, lists, tracking, data quality, and reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales and IT to maintain CRM integration, improve lead lifecycle management, and support attribution and reporting.
• Plan and optimize SEO, PPC, email, and digital programs to increase traffic, engagement, and qualified leads.
