Job summary

Brentford FC is seeking a Senior Digital Executive to join the Marketing Services team in London. You will manage day-to-day digital touchpoints with a focus on the club’s website, help grow online engagement and support the rollout of our loyalty programme.

The role requires a strong background in digital marketing, UX, analytics and campaign support. You will report to the Head of Digital within a dynamic, inclusive Premier League club environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, user experience and audience engagement.
• Experience with digital product development, loyalty programmes and conver­sion optimization.
• Knowledge of how analytics and personalisation drive engagement and commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of the Brentford FC website from ideation to implementation.
• Oversee paid media outputs, optimise ads for target reach and actions.
• Curate visual elements to drive engagement and messaging placement.
• Use personalisation, gamification and loyalty to drive audience engagement and purchases.
• Tailor user journeys with relevant content and improve dwell time and engagement.
• Support loyalty programme improvements and drive return purchases.
• Assist on digital marketing campaigns across social, SEO, CRO, PPC and UX testing.
• Own platform analytics and reporting to improve digital performance.
• Undertake ad-hoc projects across departments as needed by management.
• Support club eSports initiatives and the Premier League ePL tournament.
