Job summary

East Coast Metal Distributors is seeking a Senior Digital Program Manager to drive their ecommerce product roadmap, adoption, and cross-functional execution. You will translate strategic goals into shipped features and measurable outcomes for a growing B2B HVAC distribution platform.

The role requires leading Agile ceremonies, collaborating with sales, operations, and IT, and building centralized documentation to support sales, operations, marketing, and development teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in e-commerce or digital program management in B2B
• Ability to own and execute a digital roadmap from backlog to launch
• Experience with Agile ceremonies (standups, planning, retrospectives)
• Strong understanding of e-commerce tech and platforms
• Proven digital adoption and customer engagement
• Proficiency with CRM data for adoption targeting and reporting
• Experience cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, ops, and IT
• Excellent written and verbal communication; translate technical concepts
• Experience documenting knowledge bases and internal wikis

Responsibilities

• Own e-commerce product roadmap execution from backlog to launch
• Translate priorities into clearly defined features and epics
• Maintain product backlog and write acceptance criteria
• Lead daily standups and ensure sprint commitments
• Coordinate with developers for velocity and roadmap alignment
• Own QA acceptance and successful releases
• Track delivery metrics and report to leadership
• Build and maintain knowledgebase and documentation library for ECMD
