Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Digital Product Manager to own customer-facing digital initiatives across platforms and experiences. You will drive value creation and champion the customer throughout the product lifecycle, aiming to boost ecommerce revenue in rental services.

The role requires coordinating with internal creative/engineering teams or external partners, shaping strategy, and delivering revenue-driving features for Sunbelt's digital channels.

Qualifications

• Design, Computer Engineering, Business, Marketing or equivalent experience.
• 5 years in digital product or experience management with strategy, roadmaps and business cases.
• 3+ years coordinating internal teams or external development partners.
• 3+ years managing eCommerce solutions (D2C or B2B).
• Experience in Rental/Logistics/Retail or Supply Chain preferred.

Responsibilities

• Steer delivery of customer-facing experiences across applications and platforms.
• Define value creation and champion customer needs throughout the product lifecycle.
• Lead product management discipline to increase ecommerce revenue.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements.
