Job summary

Raytheon seeks a Principal Digital Factory UX/UI Test Engineer to lead UI/UX design, front-end testing, and regression automation for Ignition-based applications and MES workflows. Collaborate with manufacturing engineers, software developers, and stakeholders to ensure intuitive operator interfaces and validated workflows.

You will establish testing standards, create regression test scripts, and mentor teams on UX validation and test best practices within the Connected Factory Intelligence

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design, front-end testing, or digital manufacturing systems.
• Experience designing user-centric interfaces using Figma, Ignition, or similar tools.
• Experience in front-end testing, UX validation, and test plan development.

Responsibilities

• Lead UI/UX design for Ignition screens, MES workflows, dashboards, and digital factory applications.
• Own front-end testing strategy and develop structured test plans for usability and navigation.
• Define testing standards, templates, and guidelines for engineers and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain automated regression tests using Selenium or Playwright.
