Job summary

Shaw Industries in Dalton, GA seeks a Sr. Business Analyst - Digital Experience to elicit, analyze, validate, and manage business requirements for digital initiatives across customer-facing websites and internal IT apps.

You’ll partner with UX/UI and development teams, document business and functional requirements, user stories, and test plans, and lead UAT efforts to ensure successful delivery. 5+ years in BA with Agile exp required.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of experience gathering and documenting Business and Functional Requirements Documentation.
Minimum 5+ years of experience with User Story Documentation.
Experience working with Agile Delivery Methodologies.
Minimum 5+ years of experience facilitating User Acceptance Testing.
Demonstrated experience with website development, content management systems, and marketing automation platforms or similar technical skill set.

Responsibilities

Accountable for creation and execution of detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, solutions and test plans and scripts.
Work with internal and external stakeholders to elicit business needs and priorities.
Document business requirements, functional requirements, user stories and test plans/scripts.
Partner with UX/UI team to translate requirements into design documents.
Coordinate and partner with Functional Analyst to deliver functional specs to the development team.
