Job summary

Shaw Industries Group, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst - Digital Experience to elicit, analyze, validate, specify and verify business requirements for digital properties including websites and internal apps.

You will partner with UX/UI and development teams to translate needs into actionable blueprints. In this role, you will lead backlog refinement, coordinate testing, and ensure stakeholder sign-off while identifying opportunities for process improvement across marketing and digital

Qualifications

5+ years of experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
5+ years of experience with user story documentation.
Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
Minimum 5+ years facilitating User Acceptance Testing.
Experience with website development, content management systems, and marketing automation platforms or similar technical skill set is required.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, solutions and test plans.
Elicit business needs and priorities with stakeholders.
Document business and functional requirements, user stories, and test plans/scripts.
Collaborate with UX/UI to translate requirements into design documents.
Work with development teams to translate business needs into technical specs.
Understand marketing technologies including CMS, merchandising, loyalty, campaigns.
Lead requirements review sessions and obtain sign-off from stakeholders.
Support client acceptance and testing, build sites, create test scripts, log defects.
