Job summary
Shaw Industries Group, Inc. in Dalton, GA is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst - Digital Experience to elicit, analyze and manage business requirements for the company's digital properties, including branded websites and internal apps.
You will work with stakeholders, UX/UI, and development teams to translate needs into functional specs and tests. The role requires strong experience in requirements documentation, user stories, and testing within Agile environments, plus familiarity with marketing
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
- 5+ years of experience with User Story Documentation.
- Experience with Agile Delivery Methodologies.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience facilitating User Acceptance Testing.
- Experience with website development, content management systems, and marketing automation platforms.
Responsibilities
- Document detailed business requirements, processes, solutions and test plans.
- Elicit business needs and priorities from stakeholders.
- Translate requirements into design documents with UX/UI.
- Deliver functional specs to development teams using templates.
- Lead UAT testing and coordinate defects with stakeholders and development.
