Job summary

Shaw Industries seeks a Senior Business Analyst to elicit, analyze, validate, specify and manage business requirements for digital projects, including customer-facing websites and internal IT applications. You will work with UX/UI to translate needs into design blueprints, lead requirements reviews and ensure sign-off, and support testing, validation and rollout across platforms.

Experience with website development, CMS and marketing automation, plus Agile delivery and robust UAT facilitation,

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience with website development, CMS and marketing automation.
Minimum 5+ years of requirements gathering and documentation.
Experience facilitating User Acceptance Testing in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain detailed business requirements, process flows, test plans, and scripts.
Elicit needs from stakeholders and translate into functional specs.
Collaborate with UX/UI to convert requirements into design artifacts.
Coordinate and deliver blueprints for development with existing templates.
Support documentation and testing efforts across projects.
