Job summary

Sharp Decisions is seeking a Senior Business Analyst in Gainesville, GA to analyze business needs and support planning, design, and implementation of new or enhanced systems. You will serve as the primary SME for the application, guiding CCS, Legal/CRC units, the development team, and third-party vendors while supporting testing and production activities.

You will develop detailed requirements, coordinate maintenance, and help create user training materials, with strong emphasis on communication

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field with significant industry experience preferred.
Proven experience in IT projects and writing business requirements.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Ability to translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements.

Responsibilities

Analyze customer business needs and assist in planning, design, and implementation of systems.
Serve as primary SME for the application; guide CCS, Legal/CRC units, vendors.
Coordinate maintenance and support activities and ensure timely deliverables.
Develop detailed business requirements and system documentation.
Assist with user training materials including screenshots and guidance.
Develop and execute test plans and support UAT and data prep.
Participate in projects through full lifecycle from definition to evaluation.
Build partnerships with internal teams and vendors to ensure success.
