Job summary

L3Harris Technologies seeks a Principal of Digital Strategy & Transformation to lead Maritime's digital roadmap across ERP, PLM, MES, QMS, MBSE, forecasting, and analytics. You will drive end-to-end digital transformation and deliver measurable business value.

You will partner with Maritime leadership and enterprise teams to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps, manage change, and ensure adoption of AI-enabled solutions across the sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 9 years of related experience, or post-graduate degree with 7 years of related experience, or 13 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Ability to obtain DoD Secret Security Clearance which requires US citizenship.
• Experience with enterprise business systems and digital ecosystems such as ERP, PLM, MES, QMS, MBSE, forecasting, analytics, and AI-enabled applications.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across PMX, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and other geographically dispersed teams.
• Ability to translate business strategy into actionable roadmaps, priorities, and requirements.
• Experience building business cases and presenting to executives.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year digital transformation roadmap aligned to sector objectives with measurable milestones.
• Drive digital strategy and transformation priorities across programs and functions to enable goals.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and build business cases for adoption (e.g., AI/ML, digital twin).
• Own the business-side digital roadmap across core operating systems including ERP, PLM, MES, QMS, MBSE, and analytics.
• Translate execution pain points into prioritized digital initiatives with clear requirements.
• Lead cross-functional cadences to prioritize work and align stakeholders.
