Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in the Service Delivery Center to balance hands-on software engineering with project leadership. You will guide multidisciplinary teams through design, development, testing, deployment, and production support while coordinating across globally distributed teams.

You will mentor engineers, manage dependencies, and translate business needs into executable delivery plans with secure, automated testing, CI/CD, and observability. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 6+ years of technology software development experience including leading project teams or major delivery workstreams.
• Hands-on coding with Java and Spring Boot, including microservices and RESTful APIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end software delivery across planning, design, development, testing, release, and production support.
• Remain hands-on with coding, reviews, troubleshooting, and technical proof-of-concepts.
• Guide solution design using Java/Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-native patterns.
