Job summary

Capgemini Invent in the United States seeks a Senior Consultant to lead engineering and R&D transformation programs, including PLM, MBSE, digital twins, and digital thread initiatives. You will translate technical requirements into business value and help clients accelerate their Digital Transformation agenda within the Intelligent Industry team.

The role involves collaborating with clients to define roadmaps, contribute to proposals, and drive innovation with AI-enabled insights.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
5–8+ years in digital engineering, software delivery, or technology consulting
Transformation programs within Engineering or R&D
Strong MB E/PLM/MBSE knowledge and PLM processes
Experience with model-based engineering, digital twins, and digital thread

Responsibilities

Contribute to engineering and digital transformation programs across Engineering and R&D
Support MBSE/MBE/PLM initiatives, digital twins, and digital thread solutions
Collaborate to execute engineering transformation projects for clients
Support proposals, client presentations, and contract pursuits
Drive innovation by staying current with AI/GenAI trends in software engineering
Communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Use data and analytics to optimize engineering performance and decision-making
Shape digital roadmaps and future-state operating models for engineering
