Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Senior Consultant to support Engineering and R&D transformation programs, including PLM, model-based engineering, digital thread, and digital twins. You will translate technical requirements into business value, drive opportunities, and help clients accelerate their Digital Transformation agenda within the Intelligent Industry team.

Qualifications

5–8+ years of experience in digital engineering, software delivery, or technology consulting.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field (Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Aerospace, Computer Science) or Information Systems.
Experience in transformation programs within Engineering or R&D for Manufacturing, Automotive or A&D.

Responsibilities

Contribute to engineering and digital transformation programs across Engineering and R&D functions.
Support delivery of model-based initiatives including PLM, MBSE, digital twins, and digital thread solutions.
Collaborate with clients and senior stakeholders to shape digital roadmaps and operating models.
Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Travel up to ~50% on average, onsite as required.
