Siemens Energy, Inc. seeks a Senior DigitalEnablement Specialist to independently advance Digital Core initiatives across North America, including project rollouts, client technology, site connectivity, and infrastructure activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in IT project delivery, digital adoption, business engagement, user experience, digital content creation, automation, or related area.
• Ability to work independently, set priorities, solve problems, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
• Experience translating business needs into actionable IT requirements and coordinating work across multiple technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of infrastructure and end-user technology topics, with an interest in AI, automation, process improvement, and digital adoption.
• Experience developing dashboards, KPIs, or reports that demonstrate business outcomes and team impact.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills across cultures, teams, and organizational levels.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Viva Engage, Power Platform, dashboard tools, or content creation tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive project rollouts and infrastructure-related activities across North America, coordinating stakeholders through planning to completion.
• Strengthen partnerships by translating business needs into IT demands and identifying opportunities where AI can simplify operations.
• Identify opportunities for process changes and drive improvements with minimal supervision across initiatives.
• Recommend and implement practical improvements that enhance end-user experience and increase satisfaction with Digital Core services.
• Develop digital content and adoption plans, including videos, training sessions, user guides, and Viva Engage posts.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to measure adoption, user satisfaction, and impact, communicating with technical teams and leaders.
