You will translate business needs into IT demands, create digital content, support user adoption, identify AI opportunities, and develop dashboards to show improvements, collaborating with regional and global teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in IT or a related field.
• 1+ year of IT support, digital adoption, project coordination, user engagement, digital content creation, automation, or a related area.
• Interest in infrastructure, end-user technology, AI, automation, and digital adoption.
• Ability to listen to business needs, organize information, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A collaborative and service-oriented approach, with a willingness to learn and contribute across cultures, teams, and regions.

• Support the rollout of Digital Core projects and infrastructure activities, including client technology, site connectivity, and related workplace solutions.
• Build effective working relationships with Business Areas, gather business and end-user needs, and translate them into clear IT demands, requirements, and follow-up actions, including identifying opportunities where AI solutions can simplify work, improve speed, or reduce repetitive activities.
• Track requests and project activities, provide updates, and coordinate follow-through with the appropriate teams through completion, while identifying process changes and supporting the actions needed to implement improvements.
• Suggest practical improvements that strengthen the end-user experience and increase satisfaction with Digital Core services.
• Create digital content that supports awareness and adoption, including videos, training materials, user guides, and Viva Engage posts, and support the development of automations that reduce repetitive tasks, including email communications, tracking user responses, and identifying trends and issues.
• Help create dashboards and KPIs that highlight improvements, adoption, user satisfaction, and the positive impact delivered by the team, while collaborating with local, regional, and global teams and communicating clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

No two days will look exactly the same. As a DigitalEnablement Specialist, you will support Digital Core initiatives across NorthAmerica, including project rollouts, client technology, site connectivity, andother infrastructure-related activities.

You will work with Digital Core colleagues and BusinessAreas to understand business and end-user needs, help translate those needsinto clear IT demands, and support follow-through through completion. Your daymay also include creating digital content, supporting user adoption,identifying opportunities for AI, automation, and process improvements, andsuggesting practical ways to improve the end-user experience.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,Information Technology, Business, Communications, or a related field, orequivalent practical experience.




• 1+ year of experience in IT support, digitaladoption, project coordination, user engagement, digital content creation,automation, or a related area.




• Interest in infrastructure, end-user technology,AI, automation, process improvement, and digital adoption.




• Ability to listen to business needs, organizeinformation, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technicalstakeholders.




• A collaborative and service-oriented approach,with a willingness to learn and contribute across cultures, teams, and regions.




• Experience with Microsoft 365, Viva Engage,Power Platform, dashboard tools, or content creation tools is an advantage.




• Applicants must be legally authorized foretemployment in the United States without need for current or futureemployer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with currentvisa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
