Job summary

Cardinal Health seeks a Digital Employee Experience (DEX) Product Owner to lead value realization of a multi-year DEX transformation. You will own the roadmap, governance, and backlog, and partner with engineering, service delivery, and analytics teams to drive proactive employee experiences through data, automation, and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, engineering or related field.
• 7+ years leading product management, digital employee experience, or IT service functions.
• 3+ years guiding enterprise-wide programs spanning multiple tech and business areas.
• Proven ability to develop roadmaps, backlogs, and multi-year transformation initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the DEX roadmap, backlog, and governance.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled solutions and proactive support models.
• Serve as the primary business owner for DEX platform capabilities.
• Lead a team of DEX analysts and experience specialists.
• Translate DEX insights into remediation initiatives for multiple IT groups.
• Manage backlogs, requirements, and release governance for DEX.
• Govern change controls and production deployments for DEX fixes.
• Develop communications and campaigns to drive adoption.
• Establish closed-loop processes to measure outcomes.
• Define KPIs for productivity, experience scores, and automation impact.
