Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a DEX Product Owner to lead the execution of the Digital Employee Experience transformation roadmap. You will own the DEX backlog, drive value realization, and coordinate with engineering and support teams to translate data into measurable outcomes.

You will oversee analytics, campaigns, and change governance to boost employee productivity, reduce digital friction, and optimize technology spend. Travel 10-15% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Digital Employee Experience, End User Computing, IT Service Management, Employee Experience, Technology Operations, or Digital Transformation, preferred.
• 3+ years of experience leading enterprise-wide programs or products spanning multiple technology and business functions, preferred.
• Experience translating business objectives into technical requirements and measurable outcomes, preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present roadmaps and outcomes to senior leadership, preferred.
• Experience with MS Office applications and enterprise end user computing environments, preferred.
• Ability to travel at least 10-15% of time, if necessary

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the DEX roadmap, backlog, and governance aligned to transformation objectives.
• Work with partners to drive AI-enabled solutions, automation, and proactive support.
• Serve as the primary business owner for DEX platform capabilities.
• Lead a team of DEX analysts and experience specialists monitoring telemetry and sentiment to identify trends and opportunities.
• Translate insights into remediation initiatives and actionable workstreams for IT teams.
• Serve as the technical Product Owner for DEX enhancements, managing backlogs and requirements.
• Govern change controls, release management, testing strategies, and deployments for DEX fixes.
• Validate and test all DEX remediation actions before enterprise deployment.
• Develop communication and adoption strategies for endpoint updates and OS changes.
• Lead the creation and socialization of employee-facing communications about DEX improvements.
• Drive digital experience campaigns to improve adoption and productivity.
• Establish closed-loop processes to convert insights into actions and roadmap decisions.
• Define and monitor KPIs for productivity, experience, and technology investment.
