Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business or related field preferred.
• 7+ years in Product Management or Digital Employee Experience.
• 3+ years leading enterprise programs across functions.
• Experience translating objectives into requirements and outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own the DEX roadmap, backlog, and governance.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled solutions and automation.
• Lead DEX analytics and experience campaigns.
• Translate insights into remediation initiatives.
• Coordinate change controls and release governance.
• Develop employee communications and adoption campaigns.
• Define KPIs for productivity and experience.
• Ensure DEX insights lead to action.
