Cardinal Health seeks a Digital Employee Experience (DEX) Product Owner to lead the DEX transformation roadmap and realize value from its DEX investments.

You will oversee analytics, experience campaigns, and value realization while managing backlogs and governance with engineering and support teams. Expect to drive adoption, measure outcomes, and enable proactive employee experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Digital Employee Experience, End User Computing, IT Service Management, Employee Experience, Technology Operations, or Digital Transformation preferred.
• 3+ years of experience leading enterprise-wide programs or products spanning multiple technology and business functions preferred.
• Experience translating business objectives into technical requirements, operational execution plans, and measurable outcomes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the DEX roadmap, backlog, and governance aligned to transformation objectives and value realization targets.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled solutions, self-healing automation, and proactive support models.
• Serve as the primary business owner for DEX platform capabilities.
• Lead a team of DEX analysts and experience specialists monitoring telemetry and experience data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Translate DEX insights into remediation initiatives for multiple IT and business teams.
