Job summary

Cardinal Health seeks a DEX Product Owner to drive value realization for a multi-year Digital Employee Experience transformation. You will own the DEX roadmap, manage analytics, campaigns, and governance, and partner with engineering and support teams to deliver actionable improvements.

The role focuses on monetizing DEX investments, improving employee productivity, reducing digital friction, and guiding changes through data-driven decisions and proactive campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business or related field preferred.
• 7+ years in Product Management, DEX, IT Service Management, or related fields.
• 3+ years leading enterprise programs spanning multiple tech/business functions.
• Experience creating strategic roadmaps, backlogs, and transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead without direct authority and align stakeholders.
• Translate business goals into technical requirements and plans.
• Strong written and verbal communication for senior leadership.
• Knowledge of endpoint management metrics and enterprise EUC environments.
• Experience with ServiceNow management and workflow automation.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the DEX roadmap, backlog, and governance aligned to transformation objectives.
• Drive AI-enabled solutions, self-healing automation, and proactive support models.
• Serve as the business owner for DEX platform capabilities.
• Lead DEX analysts and experience specialists monitoring telemetry and sentiment.
• Translate insights into remediation initiatives for multiple IT teams.
• Act as technical Product Owner for DEX enhancements and backlog priorities.
• Govern change controls, release management, testing, and deployments for DEX fixes.
• Validate remediation activities through change management processes before deployment.
• Develop communications and adoption strategies for endpoint updates and OS changes.
• Create employee-facing communications detailing upcoming changes and benefits.
• Drive digital experience campaigns to improve adoption and satisfaction.
• Establish closed-loop processes turning insights into actions and roadmaps.
• Define KPIs for productivity, experience, and technology investment optimization.
