Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a DEX Product Owner to lead the Digital Employee Experience transformation roadmap, delivering measurable business outcomes through data, automation, AI, and journey-based design.

You will oversee analytics, experience campaigns, and value realization, managing backlogs and release governance with Client Engineering and support teams to improve employee productivity and reduce digital friction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in Product Management or related fields.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide programs spanning multiple technology and business functions.
• Experience translating business objectives into technical requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to senior leadership.
• Strong knowledge of endpoint management metrics and EUC environments.
• Experience with ServiceNow and workflow automations.
• Willingness to travel 10–15%.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the DEX roadmap, backlog, and governance processes.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled solutions, self-healing automation, and proactive support models.
• Serve as the primary business owner for DEX platform capabilities.
• Lead a team of DEX analysts and experience specialists monitoring endpoint telemetry and digital experience data.
• Translate DEX insights into remediation initiatives for multiple IT and business teams.
• Manage product backlogs, requirements, and release governance for DEX improvements.
• Govern change controls and deployment strategies with engineering and support teams.
• Ensure DEX remediation activities are validated and approved before deployment.
• Develop communications and campaigns that drive adoption and satisfaction.
• Establish closed-loop processes to convert insights into actions and roadmap decisions.
• Define and report KPIs related to productivity, digital experience, and spending.
