Cardinal Health seeks a Digital Employee Experience Product Owner to drive a multi-year transformation roadmap, improve employee productivity, reduce digital friction, and modernize IT service delivery through data, automation, AI and journey-based design.

You will own DEX analytics, oversee a team, manage backlog and change controls, partner with engineering and support teams, and ensure measurable business outcomes like lower support costs and better employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Digital Employee Experience, End User Computing, IT Service Management, Employee Experience, Technology Operations, or Digital Transformation, preferred.
• 3+ years of experience leading enterprise-wide programs or products that span multiple technology and business functions, preferred.
• Experience translating business objectives into technical requirements and measurable outcomes, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) roadmap, backlog, and governance processes, ensuring alignment to transformation objectives and value realization targets.
• Work with business and IT partners to drive adoption of AI-enabled solutions and proactive support models.
• Serve as the primary business owner for DEX platform capabilities.
• Lead a team monitoring endpoint telemetry, sentiment, and digital experience data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Translate DEX insights into remediation initiatives for multiple IT and business teams.
• Manage product backlogs, requirements, fixes, and release governance for DEX enhancements.
• Govern change controls and deployment activities with engineering and support teams.
• Validate remediation activities through change management processes before deployment.
• Develop communications and campaigns to drive adoption of endpoint updates and OS changes.
• Create and socialize employee-facing communications about upcoming changes and benefits.
• Drive digital experience campaigns to improve adoption and gather feedback.
• Establish closed-loop processes to convert insights into actions and measurable outcomes.
• Define and report KPIs related to productivity, digital experience scores, and technology investment.
