Job summary

Cardinal Health seeks an experienced DEX Product Owner to lead the Digital Employee Experience transformation roadmap and realize measurable value. You will own the DEX backlog, governance, and a multi-year program, driving adoption of AI-enabled solutions, proactive support, and end-user productivity improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Digital Employee Experience, End User Computing, IT Service Management, Employee Experience, Technology Operations, or Digital Transformation, preferred.
• 3+ years of experience leading enterprise-wide programs or products that span multiple technology and business functions, preferred.
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing strategic roadmaps, product backlogs, and multi-year transformation initiatives, preferred.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale initiatives through influence, collaboration, and stakeholder alignment without direct authority, preferred.
• Experience translating business objectives into technical requirements, operational execution plans, and measurable outcomes, preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present recommendations and roadmaps to senior leadership, preferred.
• Strong understanding of endpoint management performance metrics and enterprise end user computing environments, preferred
• Experience with ServiceNow management and workflow automations, preferred
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook), preferred
• Ability to travel at least 10-15% of time, if necessary

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) roadmap, backlog, and governance processes.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled solutions, self-healing automation, and proactive support models.
• Serve as the primary business owner for DEX platform capabilities.
• Lead a team of DEX analysts and experience specialists monitoring telemetry and sentiment.
• Translate DEX insights into remediation initiatives and workstreams for multiple IT teams.
• Manage product backlogs, requirements, prioritization, and ensure alignment to business priorities.
• Govern change controls, release management activities, testing strategies, and deployments.
• Validate and approve remediation activities through change management processes.
• Develop and execute communication and change management strategies for endpoint updates.
• Create and socialize employee-facing communications detailing changes and benefits.
• Drive digital experience campaigns to educate employees and improve adoption.
• Establish closed-loop processes to turn insights into actions and measurable outcomes.
• Define and monitor KPIs related to productivity, digital experience scores, and technology investment.
