Job summary

Cardinal Health in Salt Lake City is seeking a Digital Employee Experience (DEX) Product Owner to lead the DEX transformation roadmap. You will own the product backlog, drive value realization, and partner with engineering, service desk, and end-user computing to improve productivity and reduce digital friction.

You will translate telemetry and sentiment into measurable outcomes, manage governance for releases, and coordinate end-user communications and targeted campaigns to boost adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 7+ years of product management, digital employee experience, end user computing, or related areas.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide programs spanning multiple technology and business functions.
• Proven ability to develop strategic roadmaps and backlogs.
• Strong written and verbal communication for senior leadership.
• Experience with metrics, endpoints, and EUC environments.
• Experience with change controls, governance, and release management.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the DEX roadmap, backlog, and governance aligned to transformation objectives.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled solutions, automation, and proactive support models.
• Serve as business owner for DEX platform capabilities and analytics.
• Lead a team of DEX analysts to monitor telemetry and sentiment for proactive improvement.
• Translate insights into remediation initiatives for multiple IT and business teams.
• Manage product backlog, requirements, and prioritization for DEX-driven improvements.
• Oversee change controls, testing strategies, and production deployments.
• Validate remediation activities through governance processes before deployment.
• Develop and execute communications and campaigns to drive adoption and productivity.
• Create and socialize employee-facing communications about changes and benefits.
• Drive digital experience campaigns to educate employees and gather feedback.
• Establish closed-loop processes to convert insights into actions and roadmap decisions.
• Define, monitor, and report KPIs related to productivity and tech investment.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
