Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience with React, Ionic React, Nest.js and Typescript
• Experience with ticketing systems; troubleshooting web application defects, and debugging with in-browser tools
• Experience with VSTS/Azure DevOps or similar tools
• Customer service minded with excellent communication skills
• Solutions oriented with good problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain web applications using React, Ionic React, Nest.js and Typescript ( familiarity with .NET is a plus)
• Develop software artifacts based on requirements and architecture
• Test developed software in unit and integrated cycles; support UAT and defect remediation
• Handle tickets and defects including debugging, triaging and communicating status
• Clarify and refine business requirements
• Provide estimations based on requirements and specs
• Provide coordination, production and project support
