Job summary

The American Heart Association is seeking a Sr. Manager, Application Development, Sitecore to lead delivery of Sitecore and related digital platforms. You will guide architecture, SDLC practices, budgets, and vendor relationships, partnering with business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

Responsibilities cover end-to-end delivery, multi-platform ownership, operational excellence, and team leadership across cross-functional groups in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
3+ years of application development experience with leadership responsibility.
Strong Sitecore experience (XP, XM Cloud) or similar platforms.
Expertise in .NET, APIs, and enterprise web application development.
Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale digital applications.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of Sitecore and supporting digital platform solutions.
Oversee development, testing, deployment, and support across multiple initiatives.
Manage delivery timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation.
Ensure adherence to SDLC, agile practices, and release governance.
Guide teams in leveraging Sitecore and SitecoreAI capabilities.
