Job summary

ALO, a premium wellness and fashion brand, is seeking a Senior Digital Designer to shape how the brand comes to life across its digital ecosystem, including site, landing pages, campaigns, and other touchpoints.

You will translate creative direction into polished, mobile-first experiences, own projects end-to-end, and collaborate across teams while maintaining a premium brand voice. The role is based in Beverly Hills, CA with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of digital, brand, e-commerce, or interactive design.
• Strong portfolio with sophisticated digital design and typography.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience designing for e-commerce within established brand systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design elevated digital experiences across website, landing pages, launches, campaigns, and brand moments.
• Translate brand and campaign creative into thoughtful, mobile-first experiences.
• Develop concepts and layouts that balance storytelling, usability, hierarchy, and performance.
• Own projects from initial concept through final production, QA, and launch.
• Adapt creative across desktop and mobile with contextual needs.
• Build and evolve scalable templates and systems for consistency and efficiency.
• Partner cross-functionally to translate business needs into strong creative solutions.
• Present work clearly, articulate design rationale, and incorporate feedback with a strong point of view.
• Maintain craft across typography, imagery, spacing, interaction, and responsive behavior.
• Support and mentor junior designers through collaboration.
• Stay current on digital design, luxury, fashion, wellness, culture, and emerging experiences.
