Job summary

ALO in Beverly Hills, California, seeks a Senior Manager of Retail Marketing to define and drive the global retail strategy across the U.S. and Canada, leading a team of marketers and store openings specialists.

You will partner with global brand and commercial teams to create in-store experiences, elevate the luxury positioning, and build partnerships that attract aspirational clients while delivering measurable commercial results.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in retail, brand, or experiential marketing.
• 3+ years in a leadership role within retail marketing.
• Experience with premium or luxury consumer brands.
• Proven track record driving brand equity and commercial performance.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly across North American markets.

Responsibilities

• Own the global retail marketing strategy across markets; set standards and localization.
• Lead end-to-end execution in the U.S. and Canada; NA retail authority.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, regional GMs, and global brand teams.
• Build and develop a high-performing team of retail marketers and store-opening specialists.
