Job summary

Ralph Lauren Corporation is seeking a seasoned Digital Designer to collaborate with our global design team and content partners, shaping premium digital experiences across our Luxury brands.

You will lead UI/UX work, prototype with Figma, and apply AI-enhanced workflows to elevate storytelling and commerce, while maintaining brand identity and accessibility. This role requires 5+ years of experience and a strong portfolio of responsive web work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 5+ years of digital design experience.
• Advanced design and prototyping with Figma.
• Develop wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
• Understanding of AI workflows and prompts.
• Knowledge of CSS, HTML and responsive design.
• Strong visual storytelling, typography and layout skills.
• Familiarity with image optimization and cross-browser compatibility.

Responsibilities

• Create best-in-class consumer experiences for Ralph Lauren Luxury brands.
• Collaborate with internal Design and Marketing to bring campaigns to life with storytelling and commerce.
• Lead and develop creative solutions while preserving brand identity.
• Partner with UX/UI designers and developers on site features.
• Proactively use design, UX and prototyping to communicate brand experiences.
• Curate images and craft visual storytelling through typography and layout.
• Attend meetings and track next steps for projects.
• Present creative work to stakeholders and teams.
