Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
5+ years of digital design experience.
Advanced design and prototyping skills in Figma.
AI literacy including understanding of LLMs and generative AI impact.
Knowledge of CSS and HTML and responsive design.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and AI-powered design tools.

Responsibilities

Create best-in-class consumer experiences for Ralph Lauren Luxury brands.
Collaborate with Design and Marketing to bring campaigns to life with digital commerce.
Lead and develop creative solutions while preserving brand aesthetics.
Partner with UX/UI Designers and Front-End Developers on site features.
Use design, UX, and prototyping to communicate brand experiences effectively.
Showcase skills in image curation, storytelling, typography, layout, and color.
Attend meetings and track project progress.
