Job summary

ALO in Los Angeles is seeking a senior digital designer to shape elevated, mobile-first experiences across the brand's digital presence. You will partner with cross-functional teams from concept through launch, delivering high-performing website, landing pages, campaigns, and launches.

A strong portfolio in fashion/luxury or wellness, 5+ years of digital design, and proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite are essential.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in digital, brand, e-commerce, or interactive design.
• Strong portfolio showing sophisticated digital design, responsive experiences, and typography/layout excellence.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
• Experience designing for e-commerce and working within established brand systems.
• Ability to shift between conceptual thinking and detailed execution.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative, proactive, curious, and able to work across disciplines.
• Familiarity with accessibility and digital design best practices.
• Motion, prototyping, or interactive design capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design elevated digital experiences across ALO's website, landing pages, launches, campaigns, and key brand moments.
• Translate brand and campaign creative into mobile-first digital experiences.
• Create concepts and layouts balancing storytelling, usability, hierarchy, and performance.
• Lead projects end-to-end from initial concept through final production, QA, and launch.
• Adapt creative across desktop and mobile, focusing on experience needs.
• Build and evolve scalable templates and systems to improve consistency and efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to understand business needs and develop strong creative solutions.
• Present work clearly, explain design rationale, incorporate feedback, and maintain a strong creative point of view.
• Maintain high craft across typography, imagery, spacing, interaction, and responsive behavior.
• Support and mentor junior designers through feedback and collaboration.
• Stay current on digital design and luxury, fashion, wellness, culture, and emerging digital experiences.
