Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Senior Specialist, Graphic Design to deliver high-quality visual assets across web, social, and digital channels, with emphasis on ecommerce, email, and performance-driven content.

You will primarily support the Garden of Life brand, while contributing to other brands as capacity allows, bringing design thinking, ownership, and cross-format excellence to every project.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in digital design is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience designing for digital-first environments (web, social, mobile, email).
• Experience crafting user journeys and iterating design for web, email, and social platforms.
• Experience building design systems, component libraries, or scalable templates.
• Experience presenting work to stakeholders and incorporating feedback effectively.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with managers and designers on ideation and development of visual solutions.
• Participate in all design phases from strategy through final execution.
• Create intuitive visual assets for digital marketing campaigns across web, email, and social.
• Present strategic creative solutions to meet project objectives.
• Develop scalable digital systems like style guides and component libraries for consistency across projects.
