Job summary

Nestlé Health Science seeks a Lead Graphic Designer, Packaging, to lead packaging design initiatives across a portfolio of brands. You will provide creative direction, hands-on design, and production-ready artwork, partnering with Brand Marketing, Packaging Development, Regulatory Affairs, and production partners to ensure distinctive, consumer-centered packaging that is compliant and print-ready.

You will support launches, renovations, line extensions, and updates while improving design quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of professional packaging design experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience leading packaging design projects from concept through production.
• Strong knowledge of packaging production and print-ready artwork.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners and external production resources.
