GSK is seeking a Digital Delivery Manager in the United States to ensure the GSK.com platform remains nimble and technically excellent for human visitors and AI models.

You will bridge CGA and Tech, run the development cycle, ensure compliance and security, and coordinate teams to deliver timely, high-quality digital communications.

This role requires extensive SDLC experience, Umbraco CMS expertise, and a proven ability to deliver web projects in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience delivering web projects in a regulated environment.
Experience in pharmaceutical industry and cross-functional collaboration across networks.
Expert web content management with Umbraco CMS.
Experience driving web performance, accessibility and visibility, leveraging AI where appropriate.
Ability to support environment infrastructure, cloud hosting decisions, and secure code practices.

Responsibilities

Deliver digital web projects across the full SDLC.
Provide expert web content management support with Umbraco CMS.
Support infrastructure and cloud hosting decisions, migrations, and performance optimizations with caches and CDNs.
Mitigate cybersecurity risks through secure coding practices and robust testing.
Leverage Google Analytics to inform decisions and translate requirements into development work.
Engage with GSK Tech on infrastructure rollouts to support delivery.
Provide rapid issue resolution to ensure compliant, time-sensitive communications.
