Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or related field of study with 5 years of post-baccalaureate experience, or Master’s degree with 4 years of related experience.
• 4 years of combined consulting/advisory/industry experience in key business and technology functions across multiple industries.
• 4 years of experience in digital fields: technology and/or design, with 3 years in a leadership role.
• 3 years leading the design, development and delivery of technology solutions, including product management/delivery.
• 3 years leading multiple technology workstreams (≥5 resources) with end-to-end ownership.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end digital solutions delivery and drive large-scale digital transformations.
• Advise clients to envision, architect, assess, plan and implement bleeding-edge solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure quality and timely delivery, managing scope, timelines and budget.
• Foster strong client relationships as primary contact for resourcing, expectations, escalations and stakeholder management.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the Digital Engineering practice development.
