Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a Digital Product Content & Rate Integration Specialist to manage migration and integration of rates and product information across digital platforms. The role emphasizes data accuracy, QA, and governance in publishing content.

You will coordinate updates with multiple stakeholders, validate disclosures, and ensure timely displays across desktop and mobile experiences while maintaining documentation and status reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• 5+ years in digital product/content management, digital operations, or project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Support migration and integration of managed rates and product information.
• Validate rate accuracy, product details, disclosures, and metadata before publication.
• Coordinate content, rate, product feature, and disclosures updates to consumer and small business pages.
• Monitor rate changes and ensure updates are displayed within established SLAs.
• Conduct QA testing of rate/display accuracy across desktop, mobile, and responsive experiences.
• Document business rules, publishing processes, and governance requirements.
• Execute functional and content QA testing for rate/product deployments.
• Maintain project status reports and implementation plans.
