Qualifications

• Several years of Product Management experience, preferably with eCommerce or digital products.
• Experience supporting consumer-facing digital platforms.
• Experience developing product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong understanding of product roadmaps, prioritization, and feature delivery.
• Experience working within Agile development environments.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to use data and customer insights to inform product decisions.
• Experience partnering closely with engineering and other technical teams.
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple priorities, dependencies, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage a defined area of a digital commerce platform from planning through delivery.
• Develop and maintain product priorities and roadmaps.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with engineering teams throughout design, development, testing, and release.
• Evaluate competing priorities and make informed product tradeoffs.
• Coordinate dependencies and address risks that could impact delivery.
• Track product performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Use analytics, experimentation, and customer feedback to guide future enhancements.
• Communicate product progress, priorities, and decisions to internal stakeholders.
• Ensure new features meet business objectives and provide a strong end-user experience.
