Job summary

Motion is seeking an eCommerce Requirements Analyst to partner with Product Management in translating business initiatives into clearly defined features for digital growth. You will frame problems, define customer value, and align stakeholders and development teams in a fast-paced Agile setting.

You will translate business needs into structured, development-ready requirements, document rules and success metrics, and map customer journeys to identify improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Analyst.
• Direct experience supporting B2B or B2C eCommerce platforms.
• Understanding of product detail pages, search/navigation, cart/checkout, inventory visibility, order lifecycle, and self-service dashboards.
• Experience framing requirements: epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria.
• Document business rules, functional requirements, dependencies, risks, and success metrics.
• Map customer journeys and workflows; identify pain points and improvements.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum; backlog refinement and liaison between business and engineering.
• Prioritization: intake, impact, effort, and value; roadmap-driven work.

Responsibilities

• Map customer journeys and operational workflows to identify improvements.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, UX, and stakeholders.
