This role sits at the center of business, technology, analytics, and growth teams, ensuring on-time delivery aligned to priorities and meaningful outcomes.

The ideal candidate will drive large-scale digital transformation, with a focus on e-commerce evolution, personalization, and data initiatives that enhance customer experience

Qualifications

• 6+ years of project or program management experience in digital, retail, marketing, or technology environments.
• Experience managing multiple complex initiatives simultaneously and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Strong ability to build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Ability to translate between business and technical teams, simplifying complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of our digital commerce evolution, ensuring alignment to business goals, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
• Drive execution across a portfolio of initiatives with initial emphasis on commerce, personalization, data, and localization.
• Translate business needs into actionable plans, ensuring alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Contribute to shaping roadmaps and sequencing of work across digital and technology teams.
