Qualifications

• Experience in wellness/health industry is a plus.

This role is pivotal in driving online sales growth, enhancing customer experience, and optimizing digital marketing strategies. The Sr. Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate and implement cutting-edge digital solutions that align with the company's wellness-focused mission.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive digital commerce strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance brand presence online.- Lead and manage the digital commerce team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution and team development.- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform strategic decisions and identify new opportunities for growth.- Collaborate with marketing, IT, and product teams to optimize digital platforms, ensuring seamless user experience and functionality.- Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing, to drive traffic and conversion rates.- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to leverage technology and resources effectively.- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in digital commerce and data privacy.- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and digital commerce trends to maintain a competitive edge in the market.Required Education:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
