Stand Together in Arlington, VA seeks a Senior Digital Campaign Manager to lead digital strategy and execution across multiple state portfolios. You will own paid media, landing pages, lifecycle campaigns, and cross-functional collaboration with national teams.

The role requires 5+ years in advocacy or political campaigns, strong relationship management, and expertise with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Unbounce, and i360. Base salary ranges from $90,000 to $125,000 with bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years developing digital campaign strategy in advocacy, political, or issue campaigns.
• Direct paid media planning and optimization oversight via a vendor or agency.
• Strong relationship management with high-level stakeholders and remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end digital strategy and hands-on execution for your states, including paid media, landing pages, email/text lifecycle campaigns, and organic support.
• Manage a multi-state portfolio with timelines and relationships, coordinating with state operations leadership.
• Partner with leadership to build a long-term digital maturity roadmap across the portfolio.
• Translate priorities into macro digital targets, audience segments, and channel mixes.
• Collaborate with media vendors and internal teams for deployment and optimization.
• Deliver weekly performance reporting and macro portfolio insights for executives.
• Pitch and secure larger budgets with targeted digital strategies and playbooks.
