Qualifications

• 2-4 years developing digital campaign strategy and overseeing execution, ideally in an advocacy, political, or issue-campaign environment.
• Execution mindset balancing strategy with hands-on asset creation and campaign launches.
• Strong relationship management with remote stakeholders and a capability to translate complex digital strategies for varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end digital strategy and hands-on execution for state campaigns, including paid media, landing pages, and lifecycle campaigns.
• Serve as primary digital point of contact for assigned cohort of state chapters and manage multiple relationships and timelines.
• Translate legislative objectives into digital targets, audience segments and KPIs; report performance to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with national capability teams when campaigns scale and require additional resources.
• Deliver regular performance reporting and tie metrics to legislative goals.
• Identify opportunities to expand digital tools usage and capture lessons for the team playbook.
