Job summary

Stand Together in Arlington, VA seeks a Senior Digital Campaign Manager to own high-impact digital strategies across multiple state chapters for grassroots and policy work. You will drive paid media, lifecycle campaigns, and landing pages while coordinating with state operations leadership to align budgets and timelines.

You will translate state priorities into digital targets, build a forward-looking roadmap for digital maturity, and report weekly on performance to executives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years developing digital campaign strategy and overseeing execution in advocacy, political, or issue campaigns with direct paid media planning/oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end digital strategy and hands-on execution for your states, including paid media, landing pages, lifecycle campaigns, and alignment with state operations leadership.
• Serve as primary digital partner for a multi-state portfolio, managing concurrent state relationships and timelines with operations leadership.
• Partner with VP/State Ops to build a long-term digital maturity roadmap and anticipate trends for major legislative cycles.
• Translate state priorities into digital targets, audience segments, channel mixes, and portfolio KPIs.
• Coordinate with national teams for scalable campaigns and resource needs.
• Deliver weekly performance reporting to stakeholders and provide macro portfolio-level insights to executives.
• Pitch targeted digital advocacy strategies to secure larger budgets and contribute to the playbook.
